Parallel - Hail and Pearls

First, Shake-Speare:

"I'll set thee in a shower of gold, and hail
Rich pearls upon thee".
  Anthony and Cleopatra 2.5.45-6

Now, Bacon: "Such difference as is between the melting hailstone and the solid pearl".
   Essex Device (1595)

Comment:  "Hail" collocated with "pearl" by both authors.
